Comical Carney launches` another laugher

Claims Mideast protests not aimed at U.S., only at offensive movie

In the latest show of hilarity emanating from behind the podium of the White House press secretary, Jay Carney, the straight faced spin jester delivers a zinger that leaves the truth and the obvious buried somewhere beneath a mountain of muddled muck so outlandish as to leave one wishing for a return of the dancing bear to stop the side splitting pains of laughter as the Curly-Joe of correspondence twaddles on with his act.

{ CARNEY: We need to understand that this is a fairly volatile situation and it is in response not to United States policy, and not to, obviously, the administration, or the American people, but it is in response to a video, a film that we have judged to be reprehensible and disgusting. That in no way justifies any violent reaction to it, but this is not a case of protests directed at the United States writ large or at U.S. policy, this is in response to a video that is offensive to Muslims.
Again, this is not in any way justifying violence, and we have spoken very clearly out against that and condemned it. And the president is making sure in his conversations with leaders around the region that they are committed as hosts to diplomatic facilities to protect both personnel and buildings and other facilities that are part of the U.S. representation in those countries.}

     So according to this dimwit of delusion and denial, all would be well in the world of Muslim grievance and sensitivities if only that pesky american first amendment could be curtailed to not allow any semblance of aspersions or insult to be cast in the direction of those who might just explode into violence at the first hint of anything they find offensive or demeaning. It strikes me as odd that this Administration can lend the description 'reprehensible and disgusting' to a childish video that at best should be ignored and dismissed as mindless, yet seem to stick with scripted political speech "I strongly condemn these outrageous attacks" when addressing the actions of murderous rioters attacking sovereign American outposts across the north of Africa and the Middle East.

   For Carney to utter "it is in response to a movie, not to United States policy, and not to, obviously, the administration, or the American people" for a reasoning for such savage actions is to ignore and dismiss the seething hatred of radical Islam toward this Nation that has been on full display for over thirty years. His rhetoric is beyond the pale of pathetic, it is nothing more than an attempt to distance the policies of this Administration as a cause to the latest outbreak of upheaval spreading across the Islamic world. The Obama appeasement approach to Muslim Nations has been a disaster from the start. The grand promises of healing the great divide with gestures of goodwill and tolerance have yielded nothing but a show of weakness and indecision. It has alienated friends and emboldened enemies, it relies on a fallback position of distortion and denial as a means to cover it`s mounting failures and a thin veneer of spin and faculty lounge idealism as a vision for a better future.

     The Obama dream team of credentialed wishful thinkers are finding a frightening roadblock to their expedition of healing and soothing the differences of western culture and the Muslim world, REALITY! In all fairness Carney has a tough job, coming across as a clown is about as good as he can hope for when attempting to cover for a State Department under the leadership of Hillary Clinton and a President whose policies always tend to put the cart before the horse...
