Supreme Court back for more in new session

Supreme Court kicks off new term, faces agenda that could be historic

(CNN) -- A day after the Supreme Court upheld the health care law, Chief Justice John Roberts joked that he would spend some time at "an impregnable island fortress" to escape the torrent of vitriol and praise heaped on the bench.

Once again it is time for the Supremes to don their robs and make for the land of gavels and incomprehensible rulings. Leading this group of bewildering brilliance is none other than the deceptive John Roberts, a man who carefully crafts his decisions to the whims of the NY Times editorial pages. His motto..."tis better to have a just review than a just law."
